Maximize your Time
Your rental will be hourly, so get the most out of your booking by organizing a designated meeting area for all guests for the event. Time will not be extended for multiple pick up locations. Upon return, a 10-minute grace period will be given. Any time after scheduled your rental will result in a late fee that will be charged to the debit / credit card on file for the booking.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking of any kind including illegal drugs, cigarettes, vapes is not permitted and will immediately result in cancellation of your rental and forfeiting of money paid.
Alcohol is permitted on the bus, but will not be supplied by Elite Columbus Limo. For alcohol consumption, every participant for the booking must be at least 21 years of age. Our company policy will not allow for alcohol to be consumed with minors on the bus.
Restroom Breaks and Stops
Our buses do not have restrooms on them, but our driver will stop at any given time upon request to let customers stop for whatever reasons requested. Restroom breaks and stops will not extend your rental time.
Deposits
Deposits are $250 and are non-refundable. Refunds or only issued out in the case of an unexpected death, doctor excused illness,or other untimely events at the discretion of the company. Proper documentation and evidence will need to be provided.
Friends/ Family
Plan with responsible family and friends. We take pride in our buses and have the discretion to terminate your event for any reason our drivers feel is reasonable. Irate and disorderly patrons that are affecting our driver and essentially the safety of other customers will be removed and the remaining time of the event will be canceled.

What type of events can a party bus accommodate?
We provide party buses for weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, proms, birthday parties, bar / club crawls, wine tours, corporate events, tailgates and more. We shuttle to and from events, concerts, sporting events, and more.
Is there a minimum amount of hours required to rent a bus?
Yes. A 4-hour minimum is required for all rentals. Although wedding packages can be used for 1-4 hours. Accommodations for other special events will be considered, but no guarantees.
What are the features of your party buses?
Our party buses are equipped with nightclub lighting, premium sound systems, 2 TV’s, and stability poles. Our buses have a state-of-the-art sound system that will allow customers to play DVDs on our TVs, allow for Bluetooth capabilities, auxiliary connections, and USB ports for convenient charging of cellular devices. How do I rent a bus?
To rent a bus, click on our Booking page, or call us at (706)940-4712 with the details of your trip, including the date and time, number of hours desired, and the estimated number of people. If there is a bus available, we can put your name down as tentative to hold the bus for 48 hours. Once you are ready, fill out the reservation form and submit. Once submitted, we will run the card placed on file for the $250 deposit.
